Five minutes of prep keeps the pickup quick and your data safe.
- 1Back up your photos, chats and documents to cloud storage or a computer.
- 2Sign out of your Google or Apple account and switch off Find My Device or Find My iPhone.
- 3Remove your SIM card, memory card and any protective case or skin.
- 4Charge the phone to at least 30% so the executive can complete the inspection.
- 5Keep a photo ID ready for KYC, plus the box and invoice if you still have them.
