1. Who we are

MobileCash is owned by Mr. Adil Khan. MobileCash is a device buyback service serving Delhi NCR. We buy used mobile phones from individuals and businesses located within Delhi NCR and either refurbish them for resale or send them for authorised recycling.

2. Service area

Our doorstep pickup service is available only in Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad and Faridabad. We do not currently collect devices from, or make payments for devices located outside, this region. If your pincode is not serviceable, your order may be cancelled without charge.

3. Eligibility

You may sell a device to us only if all of the following are true:

• You are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract in India.
• You are the lawful owner of the device, or are authorised in writing by the owner to sell it.
• The device is not stolen, lost, blocked on the CEIR registry, or subject to any police complaint.
• The device is free of any outstanding EMI, loan, lien or activation lock.

4. Quotes and pricing

The price shown online is an estimate generated from the brand, model, storage variant and the condition details you declare. It is an invitation to offer, not a binding contract. A quote is valid for 72 hours or until the next price refresh, whichever comes first. The binding price is the amount confirmed after physical inspection at pickup.

5. Inspection and revised offers

Our executive inspects the device at your address. Where the physical condition matches your declaration, the quoted price is paid in full. Where inspection reveals undeclared damage, a replaced or non-genuine part, a failed sensor, a swollen battery or a functional fault, we will show you the revised offer and the reason for it. You may accept the revised offer or decline and keep the device. Declining costs you nothing.

6. Payment

Payment is released after the inspection is accepted, by UPI or by IMPS/NEFT bank transfer to an account in your name. We do not pay in cash. We never ask for an advance, deposit, registration fee or processing charge at any stage. Any person requesting such a payment in our name is not acting for us and should be reported to us immediately at adiltelecom76@gmail.com.

7. Transfer of ownership

Ownership of the device, including all rights to its contents and accessories handed over with it, transfers to MobileCash at the moment payment is confirmed. The transaction is final once payment is released and the device cannot be returned to you afterwards.

8. Your data

You are responsible for backing up and removing your personal data, and for signing out of all accounts and disabling activation locks before handover. We perform a factory reset at pickup and a certified data wipe at our facility, but we are not liable for any loss of data, photographs, documents, wallet balances, SIM cards or memory cards left on or in the device.

9. KYC

We are required to record the identity of every seller against the device IMEI. You must present a valid government photo ID at pickup. We may refuse or cancel a transaction where identity cannot be verified, or where we reasonably suspect the device is not lawfully yours.

10. Cancellation

You may cancel or reschedule a pickup free of charge at any time before the device is handed over. We may cancel an order where the pincode is not serviceable, the device is ineligible under clause 3, or the information provided is materially inaccurate.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any transaction is limited to the amount paid or payable for the device concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of data, loss of use, or lost profits.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you book a pickup is the version that applies to that transaction.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
